GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
All packages will be sent out using USPS First Class Shipping with tracking. Due to current delays, please allow extra time for packages to arrive outside of their estimated timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item/shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

EUROPEAN UNION BUYERS: As of July 2021, EU customers will be charged VAT on all shipments they receive. VAT is not included in the item price or shipping charges, and is the responsibility of the customer to pay when notified by their local services.

IF YOUR ADDRESS CHANGES
Packages will not be sent until early 2022, so if your address changes, please contact us ASAP to let us know so we can update your shipping information. We are not responsible for any packages sent to incorrect addresses if you do not inform us.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not allow returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will allow cancellations before preorders close. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to cancel. Once preorders end all sales are final.
MISSING ITEMS
If your package has missing items, please email us within one week of receiving the package with your order number and photos of the product at [email protected].
